This totally depends on the fail safe position of the valve, if valve is fail close valve then it is normally closed valve and if valve is fail open valve then it is normally open valve

An overpressure event refers to any condition which would cause pressure in a vessel or system to increase beyond the specified design pressure or maximum allowable working pressure

This totally depends on the type of valve and quantity, if valve is off-the-shelf Valve which is in the stock, the delivery can be immediately executed. However, in case of customized requirements delivery schedule changes same is intimated to party in the enquiry stage itself.

Health Check-up and servicing of valve totally depends on the type of valve, frequency of use and how critical application is. But in a normal scenario valve should undergo a check-up at least once in 2 - 3 years and for critical applications Valve should checked at least once in a year.
